Innisfail Estate was proud to be chosen as the location for Victoria's first GreenSmart Display Village. Although now no longer functioning as a display village, these homes can still be seen around the Dunnings Road entrance to the Estate.

GreenSmart is an initiative of the Housing Industry Association to promote environmentally friendly housing in the areas of energy efficiency, service management and waste management.
