Building Guidelines and Covenants

Peet Limited has carefully developed Building Guidelines and Covenants* to assist purchasers in designing and building their homes to a high standard, maximising the value of their investment and enhancing the quality of Innisfail as a whole.
These guidelines apply to roof pitch, building materials, floor areas, garages and outbuildings and also ensure driveways, fencing and landscaping are finished in a timely manner.
Homebuyers will be required to submit their house plans to Peet Limited for approval before starting home construction.
